Is this purchase made with the money from American aid? The US think tank has to work hard to know how far they can trust Pakistan ? India has to find good bowlers

There was a a time when India’s bowling was strong and batting weak. Now we have come to the time when its batting is strong but bowling is poor. There is no pacer in the team. Both Nehra and Ishant Sharma are erratic bowlers. Zahir alone is there but he will not be available for a long time to come. Spinners do their best but they get hit also. Even if you cannot take wickets at least the run rate should be checked. The series with Australia is a washout. If bowlers continue to be poor even 4 Sachin Tendulkar’s cannot help a win. The BCCI and its selectors are smug because whether you lose or win money pours in. Kapil Dev wanted to Locate the talent and boost them but the BCCI killed his goose. Probably the congress government remembers that India became free in 1947 and today it is 62 years since independence. Of this nearly 52 years has been congress government. What did the congress do to improve the life of Tribal’s of India? Nothing! Can he say so far in 52 years what all developmental work undertaken by various congress governments?
Can he say about the proposed steps to be taken for their welfare, and how long it will take the congress government to implement the same?
Of course as usual they will form a sponging committee to look into the matter and the commission will take 21 years to give its report. I hope by the time Maoist should have control over majority of Tribal areas.
