Injustice

It is well known to all that Indian Judicial system has gone to dogs. This will be finally proved when Ajmal Kasab will be acquitted as innocent by stander. The trial is a never ending one. Where as one witness is enough to prove a murder hundreds of witnesses are not enough to prove anything in Kasab’s case. Is it not against the judiciary which is sleeping over the case under political pressure to acquit the criminal?

The Saboteurs

Tomorrow the 21st December 2009 the saboteurs will go for establishing their supremacy.
If gods Justice prevails they will collapse like a pack of cards and hang their head.

Saboteurs

The coterie of saboteurs had their way in banning Dhoni from being Captain. This act was jealousy provoked. Will they succeed in future by great grand performance. The curse is on the bowlers. Hence forth in every match they will be hammered to smithereens, so that they will lose their place in the team. With such hatred filled people India can never win another trophy in world cup matches .If God is above the truth will be proved beyond doubt.

Captain fixing

We have heard of match fixing but never heard of Captain fixing. As I have pointed out in my blog earlier Dhoni has been charged with slow over rate and debarred from 2 matches and Sehwag is promoted as captain. In any case with the present crop of bowlers India stands no chance of winning any world cup so let Sehwag be the captain of losing team. However the sabotage of slow over’s is done by the bowlers and not Dhoni. So it is obvious that it is captain fixing only

BJP and Advani

Advani has not given up the hope of becoming the Prime minister some day! Some how he is sticking to BJP even by whiskers so that he can assert when the time comes. The desire for power in human being is well known to every one. But with nearly one and a half foot in grave still holding on can be done by Advani alone. If this is not senility what else Is?

THE CONGRESS WAY

Congress has once again played fowl with Telengana. It has organized protests in various sates demanding undivided Andhra, Vidharbha, Gorkha land ,Hariya Pradesh etc etc so that Telengana would not be formed. So the poor of Telengana will continue to remain poor for ever. Divide and rule is the prime motto of congress.

My forecast has been right .The rich MLA’s of coastal Andhra have threatened to resign en-mass if Telengana is given. They want to oppress the poor people of Telengana by the show of their strength. The tactic has purely a design by congress high command which needs money from the rich. he congress has given some verbal promise to end the fast of Rajeshwar Rao. Is it prepared to take the resignation of the Andhra MLA”s and give Telengana to people? As I said Sri Rajeshwar Rao and people of Telengana have been fooled the third time by congress high command.

Liberhan and Media

Liberhan has advocated for censoring media properly so that it will not comment adversely on the government and the government commissions. Will the media be bold enough to take Liberhan by the horn and expose to people of India by filing a PIL as to the quantum of salary perks and other compensatory allowances drawn by Liberhan for 17 years from the taxpayer’s money? Once again some congress people are annoyed by the freedom of the press. Will Indian express take up the cudgel against these anti press elements to avoid another emergency declaration. Beni Prasad verma an insignificant creature has tried to tarnish the image of Atal Bihari Bajpayee. It is a congress motivated doing and the prime ministers apology is a pre planned Drama. Is the press alive or dead?

Humbug

Once again Congress has cheated Telengana people. Temporarily they have escaped stating that the matter would be debated in Andhra assembly. They know very well that Andhra assembly has majority of non Telengana MLA’s so there would be no vote for Telengana. Sri Rajeshwar Rao’s son has asked for a Time bound reply which he will never get from the congress. How easy it is for the congress to fool the innocent people of India!

Congress and Telengana

Congress which gave uttarkhand and, Jharkhand and chattisgarh is unwilling to give Telengana to Telengana people .Why? It’s because people of Telengana are poor and rest of Andhra is rich. Congress gets good feed from rich people what has Telengana to offer to master congress?
Congress has been cheating the people of Telengana for the past 6 years. It refuses to allow Rajeshwar rao to die of fasting. Its politicians keep on telling more and more lies to the nation and to the people of Telengana. How long will this continue?
Congress has long forgotten people and Democracy. They feel they are the permanent rulers as the opposition is dead and buried. I will only call people who vote for congress as fools of first water. Prices keep on spiraling and even the ubiquitous potatoes is selling at 30 Rs a kg. There is not a single leader who comes out to people asking their support to oust the autocratic congress from power. Everybody wants power not for the people but for selfish ends.

India is not a true democracy. In a true democracy the freedom of individual is not curtailed by the government. In India the government assumes the role of regulator of the life of people in the name of dispensing justice. Let us take the case of Marriage and divorce. A man and a woman are married. Due to various reasons one of them wants divorce of the marriage. It is not the job of the judiciary to find out why the divorce is sought. Its responsibility is only to see that the other party is adequately compensated for the by the one claiming divorce. It is not the job of court to find out why one party wants divorce because the petitioner gives the reason in his application which can be accepted on the prima facie basis so long it is not a character assassination. In cases where the divorce is sought due to any reason other than the character of the partner the divorce can be granted straight away imposing a conditional financial compensation depending on the income of the person claiming divorce till the other person is re-married. In India the Judiciary undertakes to see if the marriage is re-workable. This is absurd and not the job of the judiciary. It is imposition on the free will of the individual. It has even gone to the extreme limit where the honorable justices have observed that the couple will have to live with each other irrespective of the relations between them. On the top of this the Government boasts that the number of divorce cases in India are very few compared to western countries! There cannot be a greater fraudulent claim than this in the world. When an individual is put to enormous expenditure and mental strain and wastage of time by the judiciary automatically people will hesitate to go to the court. Under the constitution men and women are supposed to be equal yet when it comes to divorce women get greater advantage than men and they take the opportunity to harass the male to extreme limits for seeking divorce from a demon of a wife. Can anyone tell me why the government of India is so foolish as to decide what should be the role of the husband in marriage when the responsibility of making a marriage work rests equally on both parties? The day the government decides that it is not its duty to make marriages workable we will become a true democracy and thousands of cases pending in divorce courts would be liquidated. In a country where thousands rot in prisons without even a charge sheet filed against them how can we expect any justice to be done?
