Rgging is an evil introduced by English education system.many innocent lives have bee destroyed by this raggibg.Students with sadistic tendencies try to test their sadism on innocent co-students. Government has made ragging illegal.yet regging continues means there is slackness on the part of eductional managements and inadequate punishment by courts. The teacher community as a whole is responsible for continuance of ragging in colleges.They have failed in their duty to breed good conduct amonst students and weedd out the bad ones. Mostly rich and politically connected students are worse than ordinary students.Gvernment should make Ragging a criminal offence punishable under IPC and such otification should be given to the students at the time of recruitment and exhibited in college notice boards. Those who do the regging cannot be called as students because they are not good in conduct.
