MNS and the visa

MNS and Shiv sena want to introduce Visa system for moving from one state of India to another.
Even the Britisher’s did not think of this idea . The government of India has approved this Idea because the UPA has to continue in power. It is a shame but in shameless regimes you cannot expect decency. It is surprising that not even the president of India has objected to this drastic idea. Mr Sibil who whole heartedly finished all evidences of Bofors case is keeping silent. In any way what is there to gain?. He is already a cabinet minister for his treachery.!
