Corruption in Judiciary

The men in judiciary arc Ceaser's wife hence above suspicion says the chief. RTI act should not be applicable to them as they do not fall under the common citizen category of India. IN USA even the President can be impeached. India which follows the tag of USA in everything won’t follow the pattern for our Judiciary? Why is the chief Worried about the image of people who any way do not dispense justice?
