Missing file

Adarsh society file is missing from environment ministry. How many other files pertaining to all scams and corruption missing from offices of Government of India/? May be a few hundred crucial files .The government is happy with loss of files as it will exonerate all corrupt congressmen. People have shown that they can throw out entrenched governments.Will they show the same resolution in next general election and throw out the congress?
