Let the Prime minister answer
Why put the nuclear plant for electricity in Tamil Nadu? Why not in Rae bareli or Amethi or in Hryana or Punjab? The point is if any thing goes wrong let the south take the brunt.North should be safe. This clearly establishes a government whiuch condemns the people of south for instantaneous death like charnobil.
