Imposition of emergency again

Congress minister Kapil Sibal has got the courts of india to impose emergency in censoring media and internet.The courts have surrendered to the order hence India has become china .The communists should be happy that their work is done in advance by the congress. This again raises the question whther people should vote for congress which again and again goes back to emergency methods to shut off all opposition.
