unconstitutional

India has a constitution for name sake because most of the members of parliament do not obey the same. In fact many of them may not be knowing that there is something called constitution of India. This has led to people like Raj Thakrey to take it for granted that they can proclaim any thing they want to and cause loss of public and private property with immunity guaranteed.
The recent agitation is for the ban of English sign boards all over Maharashtra and particularly in Mumbai. If this gentleman had started an agitation to ban on English language itself from Maharashtra and promise never again in his life time to speak or write that language his selfless motto could have been appreciated .This he can never do as he is interested in money and any step taken to drive money away would compel him to become a sanyasi which the gentleman would not at any cost.
