CBI and its method of solving Case.

Now CBI court has charged Arushis parents with conspiracy to kill her and removal of evidences. Will the same charges will be filed against A.Raja and his officials for removal of vital evidences from2G spectrum scam? Definitely not. This proves that the CBI dances as per directive given to it by the Government and is only an instrument involved in white washing cases entrusted to it.

All evidence disappears

In the 2 G Spectrum scam the CBI could not get vital evidence against Raja as the same is missing. The government ensured the sufficient time is given to Raja to dispose of the evidence before initiating the CBI enquiry. So Raja goes scot free and the Government can claim that the CBI could not prove the case hence it is blame less. The shame is on the opposition and not the ruling congress. The opposition does not represent the people. They should boycott the budget session and continue insisting on JPC.

I thank the CVC for exposing the corruption in Parliament. He has said that 28% of the Mp’s have cases pending against them. This will include all MP.s from congress and the other parties. None would like to pass a bill saying that People with pending criminal cases barred from contesting elections. The Election commissioner is not an independent body he has to go by rules made by parliament .so he cannot change anything. What a great shame to the land of saints and seers.

What is the state wise distribution of these voters?
What is the mean average percentage of people who vote in an election?
How many parties stand for election?
What is the percentage of votes gained by each group?
What is the percentage of votes gained by winning candidate and what is its percentage to total number of voters in the constituency?
This kind of analysis will reveal that a candidate who goes to parliament or a legislature has hardly 10 or less percentage of the votes of his constituency and he does not represent the majority of the people. So what we have in India is a truncated democracy. It shows that the government so formed is never a Government of the people.
The candidates are supposed to declare their assets before the election. The details are seldom verified by any authority. It is taken for granted that the declaration of candidate is absolute truth. This asset keeps on growing from election to election by leaps and bounds but none ever questions the method or modus operandi of Growth.

STRANGE COUNTRY

Here there are animal lovers and bird lovers who claim many of them to be protected species and make a big campaign backed by Government for wild life protection spending crores of rupees of Taxpayers money. The strange fact is in this land of agriculture, the farmer has become endangered species. The money sharks are killing him and the species is in danger of becoming extinct and nobody cares. Do you know any other country in the world where human beings have become endangered species. The UPA government is the one which is behind this carnage and the sin is of people who have voted this people to power.
It is a shame on the members of parliament who are allowing the carnage of this species.
