Government and the civil society

The government calls the people of India as the civil society which means the Government id not of the people. It is again trying the old dvide and rule policy by trying to split Annas movement by false propaganda. Some body with in the Government has also taken efforts to moot an anti Anna movement. The congress party will never acknowledge the strength of the people who have put them to power. They are arrogant of the balance three years left for the Government. Why the Government term be reduced to 4 years by amending the constitution instead of 5years? Expense is definitely not the question .When the corrupt government can afford to squander thousands of crores on sums why it cannot spend on 4 year elections?
If BJP promises today that it will evolve as a non corrupt party of India it will get the votes of the people. It has to enact rules with in the party to ensure no corruption and mechanism to punish any member who violates those norms.
Biharis should take not that Laloo Prasad is against any measures to stop corruption hence he and his candidates should be rejected comprehensively

The corrupt parliament has postponed discussion on Lokpal bill for tomorrow hoping for an overnight miracle which may kill Anna Hazare. If nothing happens again they will say we will discuss the bill tomorrow. The move of the MP’s shows their contempt for the people who elected them. What is happening clearly shows where the root of corruption lies

The criminal elements of congress are bent upon creating Violence in Annas movement to some how break it. It is a great shame that such people are sitting in power and supporting corruption.
The UPA Government has no intention of taking any action against corruption though they proclaim that they are for removal of corruption

The Lokpal Bill

I can see the issue very clearly. The PM has been given the responsibility of seeing that his post does not come under the ambit of Lokpal so that the future PM of the dynasty can indulge in Bofors like swindling, without being accountable. Neither the congress, nor the dynasty have indicated that the PM may be included under the purview of Lokpal. Similarly the higher civil servants are also left out so that their assistance in Financial manipulations can continue un interrupted. The PM is Talking of Aruna Roy Lokpal bill, Jayprakash lok pal bill and the corrupt committee Lokpal bill for discussion. He does not mention Anna Lokpal bill. So it is clear that a effective discussion will not take place or will not be allowed to take place in the parliament. The Government and congress are determined to leave gates open for corruption at the higher most levels of the government.

His greatest problem is how to save all the corrupt UPA politicians from Lokpal if the Bill is passed in this session. How to circumvent te bill requires brain storming which will be done in tomorrows all party meeting.

Ram -Ravan yuddh

The present standoff between Anna (Ram) and Manmohan singh (Ravan) show us the epic of Ramayana. Ram was fighting for truth and Justice. Ravana was defending his selfish interests. So when the battle started Ravan started sending his Demon chief’s one after another to attack Ram. So did Manmohan sing bey selecting the corrupt laloo and others like him to draft the lok pal bill. Now that their proposed bill has been thrown out as rubbish. Manmohan also tried Kapil sibal the Indrajit to use his talent in subverting anna. Unfortunately he was also routed. Singh himself tried some fire fighting saying that the matter requires deep consideration and national consensus etc. Mean while minions like sangvi and Digvijay singh made heir own foray and were routed back. Just as Ravan refused to acknowledge that he is defending the wrong ideas.

The Arrogance

Once again the Governments arrogance has come out in the form of a statement from the PM. “It will take time and how much time cannot be decided. Public voting has to done all over India and it will be a long process. So we propose to carry on as at present till the next election and we shall see after that” says he. What he did not say is let Anna continue to fast. At the most he may die and we will surely condole his death in Public and hold a party in private.

India has the talent

Today’s need of India is energy .The country is badly dependant on OPEC countries for its oil supply. There appears to be a nexus between the government and oil companies in escalating the pries of petrol, diesel and cooking gas. India has enough talent to find new sources of energy at a much cheaper rate to reduce the dependence on OPEC countries. The government instead of encouraging the scientists to send Moon probe and Mars probe which will be useless in any case can ask the scientist’s to find ways to develop energy by some other sources. Which should be locally available. Secondly the government should prevent monopoly on energy by big industrial houses so that there is equal distribution to all people. Governmental hierarchy system in the scientific research centers will not help to do any genuine research work. There is more waste of money than any useful Research.

Anna’s movement and Police force

Though a lot of activity goes on in shouting against corruption no one is coming out with the fact that organizations like Police, customs, Railways, Airlines and other government departments and their employees are grass root of corruption. Every police station and chowky is the nest of corruption .so is the reservation windows of Railways. Other places like corporations and custom and excise have their own share of daily loot. However Police top the list as they misuse their power to hound the daily wage earners to make up their daily quota. Do you remember when the secretary of Delhi truck owners association declared how many lakhs of rupees they have to shell off daily to keep the Delhi traffic police satisfied. Does the prime minister know that every police post is auctioned according to its income generating capacity?
What action is being taken by the politicians who themselves bribe police to release their criminal assistants. Drastic reforms are needed to cleanse the nation of corruption Just Passing some useless bill and earning salary of 50,000 + perks is not the job of parliament. Ask people where they meet corruption and eradicate the source.
The media instead of playing the drama can do useful work in collecting the data of corruption from people and high light it. No doubt some journalists will have to be sacrificed in the process of collection of data. Go to the auto wallas, small vegetable vendors, small shop keepers, truck drivers, taxi drivers and find out how much hafta or how many times they have been wrongly fleezed by the police?
Find out how many ration cards are genuine and how many members on them are genuine. How many dead voters are still on the voters list? Find out how an electronic voting machine is being manipulated. Find out how census figures are falsified. Do you know that the enumerators omit entire colonies from count?
Thus corruption cannot be removed by shouting slogans or passing a lokpal bill. Committees will have to be formed Streetwise and area wise to look into the corruption of individuals. Regular report on local corruption should go to the Lok pal for action.
A lot of work remains and th younger generation can take up the work. Do not rely on Politicians like Rahul Gandhi who aspire only on becoming the Prime minister. He has enough money in swiss and Italian banks and plenty of land in the names of Nehru Gandhi trusts.

Ramlila Maidan

Is not getting ready. Probably another method of delaying Annas fasting. I feel the maidan may not be ready even tomorrow.The government never gives up its effort to upset the program. Probably the congress is praying for some Miracle by which Annas efforts will be squashed.

Corruption is not confined to one group or one institution

Corruption is wide spread. Though a lot of people are out there to eradicate corruption yet there is no list of things which make the nation corrupt. It is therefore high time to invite people to Participate in contributions to the points of corruption. What I mean is every person should state where he encountered corruption. For example a person may have to grease the hands of a clerk to get a death certificate, another may have to bribe a policeman to let him off without challan, another may have to pay for recording an FIR at police chowky. Most of the people bribe Ticket checkers for birth allotment. So from ordinary ceath certificate to Cash for questions corruption is rampant at all levels. So it is necessary to compile a list of points of corruption with up dating the same daily. This will make it easy for LOKPAL to scrutinize those areas specifically to eradicate corruption. Iam too old to do the job. So some younger person should volunteer to do it.

I invite

The government of Manmohan singh to go on increasing the prices of petrol diesel and gas where by the corresponding prices of all commodities would shoot up making the life of common man miserable. This is called good governance of Congress. People are annoyed and their wrath is manifesting in the streets. The ministers hide behind bullet proof glasses and security. How long will you cheat Mr prime minister? Do not challenge the people of India. We do not require Western culture. It is people like you who want all western food and culture. We are Indians and want to live like Indians. The foolish scientists spend their time in sending probes to moon instead of finding ways to prevent energy crisis on this earth. Anna Hazare is the spark that has set off people against the bad and malfunctioning Government. Ministers like Chidambaram who have imposed service tax on eatables are responsible for the crisis of the nation. He has stopped pension of government servants who are bound like slaves for a life time. The MP”s get pension for doing nothing How is it Justified. Since there is no justice. No machinery of law for the people they are up against you.
People of India do not mind being poor so long they can share their own resources. Farmers want to live. They do not have the luxuries like you .Two time meal is enough for them to be satisfied It is your greed and the greed of ministers like you is destroying the nation.

Sad days

The days of great bowlers of India seems to be over. People like Kapil dev, Javagal srinth, Anil Kumble etc. Now the present Indian bowlers can hardly take one wicket in a day in the test matches. I have stopped watching our Bowling which is less than mediocre. When will India find Bowlers again? There must be some good young Pace bowlers but the selectors are all old and out dated so who will pick up and train the young?

I have always said that the dynasty will fly away from India at any moment of crisis. The dynasty has fled to avoid the attack of opposition. The pretext do not matter. That it has gone to US to Seek US help is obvious. I have also said that she is a US installed stooge in India. No doubt she will be back in 3 weeks time by the time monsoon session is over.

Shame on the opposition

While Price rise motion is under discussion in Lok sabha the petroleum minister has tabled a proposal to Increase Gas cylinder prices to 692 rupees. Taunting the opposition ”what can you do ? we will raise the prices as we please. We are the rulers and you are the slves. Is it not time for the opposition to walk out and go to the people for challenging this atrocious government?

Duncan Fletcher

Has bent unlucky for India. It is high time India changed the coach for inefficiency. Dhoni has been horrible in batting and fielding. Two more losses in the series or tame draw would not add to his merit. All the important players have become old with slower reflexes and India cannot play continuous bouncers. I fail to understand how cricket has been allowed to grow into a game for bouncers. Body line bowling was banned long ago but the umpires seems to have forgotten history.Iam sure they can also be bribed to take sides.
