The Lokpal Bill

I can see the issue very clearly. The PM has been given the responsibility of seeing that his post does not come under the ambit of Lokpal so that the future PM of the dynasty can indulge in Bofors like swindling, without being accountable. Neither the congress, nor the dynasty have indicated that the PM may be included under the purview of Lokpal. Similarly the higher civil servants are also left out so that their assistance in Financial manipulations can continue un interrupted. The PM is Talking of Aruna Roy Lokpal bill, Jayprakash lok pal bill and the corrupt committee Lokpal bill for discussion. He does not mention Anna Lokpal bill. So it is clear that a effective discussion will not take place or will not be allowed to take place in the parliament. The Government and congress are determined to leave gates open for corruption at the higher most levels of the government.
