Government and the civil society

The government calls the people of India as the civil society which means the Government id not of the people. It is again trying the old dvide and rule policy by trying to split Annas movement by false propaganda. Some body with in the Government has also taken efforts to moot an anti Anna movement. The congress party will never acknowledge the strength of the people who have put them to power. They are arrogant of the balance three years left for the Government. Why the Government term be reduced to 4 years by amending the constitution instead of 5years? Expense is definitely not the question .When the corrupt government can afford to squander thousands of crores on sums why it cannot spend on 4 year elections?
If BJP promises today that it will evolve as a non corrupt party of India it will get the votes of the people. It has to enact rules with in the party to ensure no corruption and mechanism to punish any member who violates those norms.
Biharis should take not that Laloo Prasad is against any measures to stop corruption hence he and his candidates should be rejected comprehensively
