Possible Attack on Virat

News says US has sent a warning of possible Lashkar air attack on INS Virat. News also says that the security cordon around Virat has been tightened. This is not enough. Lashkar has no bombers. It will use Pakistan's bombers camouflaged as Lashkar bombers. Lashkar can also attck other places instead of Virat.It appears that emboldened by Pakistan’s army support Lashkar is challenging Indian defence forces.
Our freedom is threatened by a an a small force of Lashkar .
This is an insult to India and we should learn our lessons from Israel which is a small country but a courageous one. Our military intelligence should be geared up and Air force should be ready 24 hrs to take off from all points and attack any plane that strays into our territory.
Watch should also be kept for submarine attack supported by Pak Navy.

Murder in presence of police

The most unique thing has happened in Chennai the capital of Tamil Nadu. Two group of students of two communities (the news channels have been probably warned not to mention the name of the communities involved) fought and one group beat four students of the other community with steel rods and other weapons in presence of 50 policeman. The four students have been admitted in hospitalincriutical condition and they may not survive. The incident clearly shows the involvement and sanction of DMK party and the chief minister of Tamil Nadu. Some police officials have been reported to have been suspended but suspension is no punishment because it can be conveniently revoked later. This incident shows also how the UPA government and congress has lowered itself for retaining power at any cost. It also shows that police is no more a protective organization but mere puppet in the hands of politicians. The center is busy persecuting Hindu priests for appeasing the Muslims and will wash its hands off the incident saying that it is a matter concerned with the state concerned. What is worth noting is Attempted murder in presence of police force and no action by any government. Free India has touched its lowest moral limit by this incident. Now we have to see howmuch further down the nation will sink under UPA government whose sole aim is to retain power whatever the cost may be

Probably they have orders from high command to give widest publicity to the involvement of Indian army men in terrorism. I would request Indian army men to remember this while exposing themselves to enemy shelling or advancing towards enemy.
The government is acting purely with view of capturing the Muslim vote bank by appeasing them. What does it matter if whole community vote can be garnered by sacrificing a few Hindus? The Army has been used as a media fodder by the present government. Let our army men remember this while voting.

The Muslims who would not even talk about terrorism when a lot of Muslim youth were caught have become vociferous as if all terrorism is the responsibility of Sadhvi and Col Purohit.
So far so good for congress party. Unless the Hindus decide enmass to reject congress there is no safety in the land for them .In population the Muslims are slitly behind Hindus in Numbers and claim minority status. No wonder with the likes of present government they may become easily the majority and still claim minorityship.

Cold feet

The MNS got cold feet and has staged a assassination attempt on its leader having uncovered by Mumbai police. Since there is a national uproar and attempt to brand him as anti national, he had to take recourse to some thing by which his security can be increased by the congress government of the state so that he cannot be shifted out of the state for security reasons. It is now perfectly clear that MNS ia a congress backed organization to oust BJP and shiv sena from the state. Congress is once again paying its old game of divide and rule which it learnt from the Britishers.

Maharashtra nashak sena

Maharashtra has been the home of Saints in the past .Any number of great saints like Tukaram, Gyana deva, Gora the kumbhar. Saku bai, chokhamela , Rama dasa and innumerable un named ones spread Bhakti and love which is viewed with reverence by other citizens of India.
Today a group of Rakshasas have risen to destroy all the saintly works of the saints and the citizens of Maharashtra are helpless against the demons.
The new breed which has forgotten or does not know the story of Ram das and shivaji in which the saint removed the ego of the king by pointing out that God is the provider and not the man.
So far the Rakshasa’s were indulging in assault and arson but recently they have got on to Murder also .An innocent North Indian passenger in a Local train was killed by the demons because he refused to vacate a window seat.
The leader of the Rakshasa’s makes a boast that he will ensure food to all Maharashtrian’s irrespective of what is the cost or how many murders he may have to commit or sponsor.
The Government if there is one is totally at loss against the Rakshasa’s.
Is there any saintly feelings still left in Maharashtra?

Open Murder

Now citizens of Maharashtra in Mumbai have started open murder with immunity under the auspices of the MNS. As I have been saying there is neither Law or Order or constitution to protect people and property. Both the government at the centre and state consists of eunuchs who are afraid of the MNS. This reminds me of the Pindari Raj at the time of Warren Hastings,
He controlled the situation by hanging the thugs on the nearest tree. Who is there to hang the present day thugs of MNS?

Hindu terrorist

The UPA government is in a great hurry to catch and punish some Hindu youth as Hindu terrorist so that the Muslim will be appeased to cast their vote in favor of UPA.
The Government is showing extra ordinary hurry in this matter while the cases of apprehended Islamic terrorist keeps pending for years. The government is not letting any one to know what exact proof they have of Hindu terrorism and any such organized group operating in the country.

Justice of Politics

As I said Raj Thakeray has been granted bail in all cases and is happily back home. The verdict could and will never be otherwise so long as the hearing is held in Mumbai. The Judiciary is under threat so it has no choice but to go with those whose might is right.
The political equation is not clear. Congress wants Raj Thakeray to become strong to destroy Shivsena –BJP combine in Mumbai. So the chief Minister has been advised to soft pedal all vandalisms and allow the goons to cut the vote margin of the combine. Congress can of course stoop to any wretched level to retain power. What we have now is Indira congress and not the national congress which died in 1967. They try to project this wing as the real congress and there is enough band wagon and media in support ignoring the History.
I fully sympathize with honorable judges as Judiciary has never been reduced to this kind of Mockery !

Cost of vandalism

The MNS workers yesterday and other party workers on other days damage Public and private property in the name of some demand. This has no democratic sanction and is also criminal activity under the preview of IPC. Unless an act is passed by Parliament amending the constitution such damage cannot be prevented. Though a general election is ahead no political party will promise to enact an amendment to the constitution that
“ when ever a political party workers or other organizational workers damage private and public property the cost of entire damage will be payable by the party immediately. If the party refuses to acknowledge the damager as party worker then the cost will be debited to the individual and failing to pay the cost will give a rigorous imprisonment for three years. If the party does not paywith in 7 days it will automatically getsuspended for ever”
I challenge the political parties of India to make this promise to electorate and implement the same as first agenda after government formation

Lawlessness

The MNS is on the rampage and destroying public and private property. The Maharshtra Govern ment has arrested Raj Thakre with a stipulation that it is doing under pressure from Delhi. Raj Thakre will be produced in court today. But he will come out on bail as usual. The Judiciary as well as police are under threat from the Goons of Raj Thakre. As I was saying there is no constitution no law and no security agency to protect people and their property. The taxpayers money is squandered to vandalism. How many Goons have been arrested and how many have been prosecuted? I think it is NIL.

CRIMINAL

Under CPC physical assault comes under criminal offence. The MNS Goons beat up North Indians who had come to appear for Railway service commission Examination. I have maintained that Mumbai has no Government and no police or Law and order to contain criminal activities of the MNS. After every thing is over the Government and police enact a drama of arresting or taking action but such a thing will never happen because the government is a party to the crime. I do not know any other country where the Government approves ul lawful acts of an individual in this fashion. If you know please let me know.

Bankruptcy

I am sure that by the time the UPA government goes out half of Indian private companies would have been liquidated. This is called economic balancing by the finance minister. Who suffers in the end? It is the common man of course. But in this country the least cared fellow is the common man. How can we have a government which does not care for the life of the people?
The elections are near. Our people like the heard of American buffalo’s go and put the vote for the dynasty. No writer ever dares to write about the truth of the actual contribution of the dynasty to the nation excepting naming all thins after one or the other member of the family. It appears as if there are no other worthy men or women in the nation for naming important things. Maharashtra has only one name and that is of “Shivaj.No doubt that shivaji was a great warrior and humanitarian. But the question is why ignore others who have contributed to the welfare of the state in their own way? Of course the communist will be happy to see the country going bankrupt because that is their ultimate aim in existence to see whole world go bankrupt.

Religious freedom

The government of India has taken over the right to decide what are the places of worship Of Hindu’s and which are not. Slowly the Hindus are being reduced to the minority status and the status of other communities is being more importance. The English when they ruled India had more respect towards Hinduism than the present government which consists of more atheists than people of any religion. Some Hindu groups which are against this attitude of the Government are labeled as terrorist groups and strong action is contemplated against them.
Hope Hinduism survives the UPA government.

Statistics

Many kinds of statistics are compiled in this world. Statistics are compiled in India also.To my knowledge so far no one has compiled the statistics that “How many politicians of post independent India died of “Heart Attack”?
I am sure that the result would be zero. Why so? It is because our politicians do not have a heart at all. You may ask how is this possible?
My argument is nature cannot be partial to some humans. While thousands of Indians die evry day by heart attack no politician has ever succumbed to it.
Looking it the other way we may have to conclude that our doctors do not exercise the same care with ordinary heart attack patients as they do in case of politicians?
I leave the matter here for open debate.

Nano and the PIL

I was talking about the Pil filed by so called congress party against Nano agreement. Now it is very interesting to note that the Indian judiciary system which has croes of cases pening in it courts for hearing will take up Nano hearing on priority(this is my assumption for which the honorable CJ may kindly forgive me.I understand your service ompulsions)
Now we can guess what the preliminary ruling would be .
“That Tata’s should suspend the production of Nano till the government of india is fully satisfied that the deal is straight forward”
Now the question is why the Government of India has no objection to a convicted murderer being a chief minister of a state is so anxious about a possible financial technical irregularity?
This serves the purpose in two ways One is Nano will not be produced and the second is by appointing a parliamentary investigative committee some un employed MP’s can be given some additional remuneration. The poor illiterate and harasses common man will remain blissfully ignorant of the Manipulation of the dynasty and its henchmen?

Maruti’s anxiety

The Dynasty was hoping that Nano will nevr come to production line in Bengal with the destructive communists behind it. Unfortunately Narendra Modi rescued Nano and now it was ready to go on production >The congress party brainstorming on behalf of dynasty has found a public interest litigation to stop Nano production.I do not know how many Indians recognize this manipulation of Maruti from behind the screen. How ever when empire is threatened all guns will have eto be put on board. After all India is ruled by the dynasty and the vassels are always ready to fight for it!

Dr Anbumani Ramdoss is out to ban drinking inpublic places.It is an excellent move and we welcome the same.He should also enforce labels on all hard drinks"drinking is injurious to health" Ramdoss need not bother so long as he is not the enforcement agent of any ban.He can take up next as prostitution ban and after that gambling and horse racing ban.I would also recommend to him ban on Bogus ad by mobile phone companies and TV channels.Ramdoss can bag the Coveted maha rakshak Indira gandhi award for best health minister from the hands of Sonia gandhi.

UPA-Government

It is the time the merchant community becomes active and makes arrangement so that this government will not come to power again. All the freedoms Guaranteed by the constitution has been violated and people are on the verge of starvation for the first time after independence. There was virtually nothing called governance for the past 5 years. The congress wants power for misuse and nothing else. Un fortunately BJP has no young people to take the lead and lead the nation to a brighter future. The activities of anti national groups has reached its peak and the police with in adequate force is struggling against lawlessness. The BJP MLA who supported un authorized structure was thrashed by police. Now the police are in trouble and not the MLA who supported lawlessness. How strange it is. A Cvo was brutally Murdered and the minister sympathizes with the murderer’s and warns the companies to be ware of consequences. what more is required for this nation?

The State Bank of India

It is a nationalized bank of India with huge number of customers because all the government pensioners have their account in this ,The service in the branches of this bank is the poorest a person can ever get. Majority have no option to go to any other bank hence they put up with all harassment to which a customer is subjected to. This bank has strong Union and capable of dislocating the economic system of India by going on strike. The employees are totally anti customer in nature and they object to the modernization.
This anti customer feeling is felt in the way the ATM’s malfunction, Net banking is the worst of its kind which denies access to customer in the name of high security.
The ATM cards supplied are of very poor quality and peel off with in short time and machines refuse to accept these cards . The customers are put to endless harassment as the employees do not care a bit. The top brass appear to be afraid of the unions and never do any surprise check or inspection. The government of India being equally bad does not care either.

The left communist have hailed the indo US nuclear deal as surrender to US. The left which has long back surrendered to China can only speak in the voice of china.It has forgotten that it has no entity.These people who do not do a days honest work and who alwaays call for shut down of all industries in India have virtually no right to speak.But the constitution of India guarantees freedom of Speach which they misuse to ruin the country.The nuclear deal may in the long run help india to solve some of her power crisis. Yet India should develop wind energy to maximum extent so that the power genration will be spread allover the country.In fact local bodies like corporations should setup small wind power generating units in suitable places to augment the deficit of power fromm main source.The question is who will take the initiative?

Employees of Nationalized banks of India have a royal time. There working schedule goes as under Monday to Wednesday working, Thursday and Friday Bandh on some pretext Saturday and Sunday weekly off. How many lucky people get to do job like this?

Osama bin laden hails from a rich family. It does not absolve him from being a terrorist. The terrorists of Delhi are supposed to be from well to do families of UP. So it is not enough to establish that they are not terrorists. News media is trying to high light the fact and getting support to the terrorist. Jamia nagar may be having many more terrorists hidden inside it.
To say that Delhi police went there and staged an encounter is absurd. One brave inspector was killed by the terrorists. If they are not terrorists why they did not wait for the police to come take them into custody and then establish their bonafide through their influential parents.
Do the news paper media want to say that Delhi police was mad and desperate and went out to shoot people to save Shivraj patils neck?

The government does not seem to be interested in making stringent laws to contain terrorism.
The slackness of the government surely indicates its eye on vote bank politics. No matter how many people get killed we want to hold on to power is the slogan behind the actions of the government. They are busy in finding excuses and escape route to leave the terrorists alone in the present state. Awake India and bring in leaders who will defend the nation from external and internal enemies. Do not be carried away by the present fraudulent moves which in reality mean nothing.

Mujahideen

“India Mujahideen claim the right for Delhi blasts” says the news agency. The whole thing is anomalous. India does not produce Mujahideen. Mujahideens are produced in Pakistan alone. India does not believe that any Killer what ever may be the reason will go to heaven . It is only Islam which propagates Jihad among illiterate masses and they indulge in killing. The people who did the act in the month of Ramzan cannot go to heaven if there is a god in heaven. ANY RELIGION WHICH ADVOCATES KILLING IS NO RELIGION AT ALL.
The governments both states and central are very lax in naming the killers.. For example the name of the Killer of Christian Nun was not declared. It is always a group of people or Mob of people. Yet there is an identity which is not revealed.
In the case of Indian Mujahideen the government should give out the known names of this group and their location, so that people can be aware of these wanton killers. It is well known that ISI provides funds and training to these killers.

Terror

Terror is on the rampage. It is not being tackled with ferocity. The general feeling is that the security agencies do not have sufficient tooth to tackle terror which has proclaimed its identity openly. If terror can operate in Ramzan why not serious head hunting in the same period. Terror claims that it is Islamic. Yet Muslim say Islam is a peaceful religion. How can doers of evil claim themselves to be peaceful?
People realize that Government is not doing enough to contain terror. No Muslim leader is coming out with statement condemning Islamic terrorists. They express some neutral words and fade out in the background. Does it mean that there is tacit approval for Islamic terrorist?
After all Pakistan was created as safe heaven for Muslims of India. If they feel unsafe why not they migrate to Pakistan enmass?

SIMI has acted once again . This organization is anti national and needs to be banned and labeled as a known terrorist organization. The Need to reintroduce TADA is reinforced by these acts of SIMI. The Government at the center is soft pedaling the issue even when innocent people are getting killed. Since the life of politicians and their families are not endangered they do not care for the common man. Let people remember this in the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
They feel that expressing regret and announcing Ex-gratia is enough .

Naxal war

Rs 800/- crore has been sanctioned to hunt out the Naxals and finish them. It is not enough to provide support to the state police. It requires a wide government propaganda through media against the Naxals. These Naxals are not ordinary criminal but violent terrorists assisted by the external de stabilizing forces. People should be made aware of this and not to support them in any manner and report on them where ever possible. There can be no sympathy towards Naxals .
Communists may not acknowledge, but Naxals are the revolutionary wing of communists trying to disrupt the elected governments and establishing their own terror kingdom. Reluctance on the part of Governments to take up strong anti Naxal propaganda shows a weak kneed approach to the problem. Every weapon captured from Naxals must be examined to find its source of origin.
Our villagers are quite clever and given proper incentive they will surely help to identify the Naxals. Surprisingly there has never been any statement from Indian communists against the Naxals or their terrorist activities.

The wolf and the lamb

What I said about the goons trying to blackmail big B has proved correct. His apology has not been accepted and the black mail agitation will continue. The goons require funds and Big B is the sheep. What ever it may say will not help because the wolf wanted to eat the lamb on some pretext. The game is on it is a matter of time before the wolf kills the lamb. Poor big B I feel sorry for him. The land has no law and no government worth the name. He has antagonized the most powerful family. Is it that this family is engineering the whole thing to destroy bigB?

Nuclear proliferation

I was right in my observation in one of my previous posts. China in on the move to supply nuclear fuel to Pakistan to do its destructive work. My surmise was also right that these two countries are anti India and would like to destroy India. Luckily for us God is greater tan both China and Pakistan put together as such the evil design will not bear fruit.
The NSG should take strong objection to china’s move but it would not. I am making Observation on China like Churchill did in pre 2nd world war years. The warning was not heeded leading to 2nd world war. So also now there will be a 3rd world war with in a matter of 10 years
In which the Nations of the world will have to join hands to fight the evil of communism.

Shifting of Bolly wood

It is high time for the Barons of Bolly wood to start thinking of shifting out of Mumbai. Hyderabad would be a better loction as Ramoji rao has already a film city there. Initially there can be language problem but that is an adjustable issue. Why do I suggest shifting of Bolly wood ? It si because in Mumbai Bolly wood is now being considered as a milch cow from which any lazy goon can become a multi millionaire. Intelligent people should recognize the signs and start shifting now itself. Just as Industrialists left Bengal to establish their industries elsewhere so also bolly wood barons shift to some other good area where they can do business without the threat of blackmail. I hope some smart guy from Bollywood takes notice of this and starts thinking of future.

Constitution

After just 60 years of independence India has lost its constitution! It is now individuals who decide as to where any one will live and work and where he will not .Individual goons have taken over the country and make their own stipulations with immunity as a Goonda destructive sena of unemployed youth is available for their dance of destruction. There is no government, no police and no constitution any more. Can Amitabh Bachhan live in Mumbai? It is for the chief to decide. Can Biharis come to Mumbai? It is for the chief to decide.
Strangely there is no voice any where against this destruction of the constitution of India/. There seems to be no Government at the center. How long this will continue? The supreme court judges said God alone can save this land!
So let us all kneel down and pray to god to save our lives.

Chinese aggression

I always maintained that China is the deadliest enemy of all freedom loving people .It has been always in offensive mood against India and supplying arms and ammunition to Pakistan for use against India. Now china is advocating similar Nuclear deal for Pakistan knowing very well that Pakistan will use nuclear power exclusively for attacking India.
It would be advisable for India to be More friendly with US in view of Chinese expanding ambitions and Pakistan misuse of arms . Pakistan and China talk of peace but are aggressive against India. India has been suffering with terrorist attacks from Pakistan trained militants who are assisted by Pakistani Army to infiltrate into india. India’s weak kneed foreign policy is not helping the nation. Will we ever get another prime minister sastri?

Barack Obama is the first American to acknowledge that Pakistan is misusing American aid for preparing for war against India/. I thank him on behalf of whole of India for this acceptance. But for the American aid Pakistan dare never to fight India any time. The statement of Mr Obama is more significant because the condition of Pakistani people is surely poor and had the aid funds been utilized for the people it would have been an advnced state and not a struggling for survival state as it is today.So Mr Obama is correct when he says that utilisation of American aid to Pakistan should be monitored more closely. If this is done it would serve another purpose for the US. That is when ever china makes supply of arms and ammunitions to Pakistan us would come to know of it.

JUSTICE IN INDIA

In India the common man is afraid to go to the Judiciary EVEN for redressel of ordinary grievances.
The reasons are many . I am listing them here with the hope that some day in future India may see a better judicial system
Reasons for delayed Justice:-
1) Inadequate number of courts
2) Inadequate number of Judges
3) Too many holidays
4) Frequent demand for postponement of hearing on some flimsy excuse.
5) The right to appeal to higher courts which can prolong justice for ever.
6) Unscrupulous lawyers
7) Misuse of political power.
8) Judges being corrupt
9) Judges under dire threat from mafia (many kinds)
10)No binding or time limit for settling of even ordinary disputes.
11)out dated codes un suited to modern society.
12) criminal politicians stalling all efforts of judicial reforms.
13) The cost and waste of time makes it not worthwhile to go to the court

Elections in India

Now that congress is loosing foot hold on the nation the Election commissioner has imposed all pre poll and exit poll discussions till the elections are over. In fact The election commissioner should have banned any discussion on polls or political parties any time from now. India still says it is democratic country. The constitution if there is one guarantees freedom of speech. It never restricts speech to satisfy the political rogues of the country. Now this has been found necessary to ensure victory of certain nominated candidates, the election commissioner has been told to issue mouth shut orders. After all he is a government servant and has to obey the powers that be.

Nuclear deal

By god’s grace the nuclear deal is off. Now I am 100%sure that the deal cannot go through because India would not sacrifice its nuclear capability. India requires its Nuclear weapons to destroy both Pakistan and China. Both these countries do enough to destabilize India . We want a non congress government to protect the interests of India. The sooner it comes the better it will be for the country.

BMW case

At last the BMW case came to a temporary conclusion after several years. Money and political power have delayed the case so that the judgment can be watered down to minimum punishment. The case is not over yet. Several appeals will be there going for several years. We can at least hope that the boy who committed the offence of Killing 10 innocent people will at least become an old man before the case ends This cannot be stopped either by lawyers, money or political powers. At least in corrupt India God’s justice is not corrupt. Justice system in India may not improve in another 100 years. Judges are after all a government body who cannot speak their opinions openly if it is against the corrupt policies of the government. We do hope for a day when a judge (honest one of course) will be free to speak his mind on problems in delivering justice quickly

Damage by communists

News report says that the Nepal communist government deliberately delayed the repair work of Kosi dam which caused the floods of North Bihar causing misery to 30 lakh poor people. This clearly proves that communists have no heart for the poor and down trodden but are intent on capturing power and expanding their territory at any cost of human lives. Indian communists must also be happy in this respect that lakhs of affected people can be transformed into its vote bank. So far the communists of India have neither uttered a word of sympathy nor made any effort to give relief to the affected people. I have been repeatedly warning against the spread of the evil of communism. The non communist nations of the world have to get together to eradicate this evil. If not done the 3rd world war will not be far off.

Divorce in India

Modern India is a very strange place to live in. It ahs strange laws for governing the society and people are struggling against these outdated laws and the unscrupulous take advantage of the existing loop holes. The best example for this is the law for divorce. There are two sections in this .The Muslims and the Hindus. Though both sections have their own religious laws in this respect only the Muslim is allowed to follow the religious law’s of Islam and not others. This is supposed to have done in the name of grant of religious freedom to Muslims.
Does the constitution of India say so?
Leaving this aside, what about the divorce law for others?. It is very funny position. When one partner of a marriage does not want to live with the other and applies for divorce it should be straight away granted provided the divorcing partner does not make any clime of maintenance or property.(this is common sense) . But law has no common sense hence the court arranges reconciliation counseling which goes on for years. The plight or suffering of the party which has applied for divorce is no concern of the court, as such a procedure is prescribed under the law.
Divorce cases which can be easily settled drag on simply because one party does not want to let the other off the hook even by paying compensation. Probably the judiciary of India does not even have the statistics of the number of divorce cases pending in its courts and the length in number of years for which they are pending.
Thus judiciary becomes an indirect agent of mental torture to thousands of unfortunate people. Who cares? None!

Delhi the Capital of India

Delhi or Hastinapur as it was called in Maha Bharata times is a city of destruction.
It has undergone destruction with every empire. This is because it is a city of sin.
History has not been able to record the number of kings and Empires who have fallen from Delhi. The most recent Historical record is from that of Prithvi raj Chauhan who ruled from the city 100 years ago. After him came many dynasties which have ruled and fallen from there. The last to fall was the British Empire.
With independence the capital should have been shifted to Ujjain from where the Great emperors of India ruled and attained fame and immortality. It is the true center of India and our ancients took it as our national Meridian. But India was depleted nation at Independence and could not afford to build a new capital. So once again anew Nehru dynasty was established and continues to rule from there.
As I said in the beginning it is a city of sins and falls when ever sin reaches its pinnacle. It appears there will be destruction of this city once again very soon.
The Crime rate of this city has gone beyond all other cities of India. One need not go by the government manipulated statistics to know it. Not a single day goes without some gruesome act in this city. Other cities have their usual accidents and deaths etc which are norms of human society, but gruesome acts are special to Delhi.!

THUG RULE

After nearly 150 years the rule of the land ha been taken over by the thugs. Now virtually there is no governance either from the central level or in the state level. I used to imagine how it would be to live in a thug ruled land when I was reading History in my young age. I never imagined that in my lifetime itself I would get to live in a thug ruled land where might is right and the common man at the mercy of God alone. Luckily our ancestors taught us to worship god daily so that his mercy will save us from all calamities irrespective of whether there is governance or no governance. Of course I feel sad to see the condition of the people but except helping them in my own way what more can I do? Since there is no governance the anti socials are taking upper hand. Political interference has made the police inactive or in adequate and the judicial system is outdated and in shambles. I do not blame their esteemed highnesses because administrative powers are in the hands of confirmed criminals. All the eminent people would not agree with me because they never come down and look at the ground level life of people or they do not want to do so. There is not one so called leader who can dare to walk alone in the streets of this country.

Should be tackled by the state alone. The states do not have enough police force even to enforce normal law and order let alone tackle Naxal menace. I see Naxals as an internal wing of communists to disrupt the normal functioning of the government. It will take a strong home minister of the caliber of Sardar vallbhai Patel to tackle naxlism properly and bring an end to this communist menace.

ECLIPSES

India has a constitution for name sake because most of the members of parliament do not obey the same. In fact many of them may not be knowing that there is something called constitution of India. If this gentleman had started an agitation to ban on English language itself from Maharashtra and promise never again in his life time to speak or write that language his selfless motto could have been appreciated .This he can never do as he is interested in money and any step taken to drive money away would compel him to become a sanyasi which the gentleman would not at any cost.

YuvRaj singh and Gautam Gambhir are supposed to be out of form and may be it will be a very long time before we see any good batting from them. Poor Dhoni, he cannot even ask for temporary replacement of these out of form batsman. It is sometimes very difficult to be the captain of Indian team without having any choice in the selection of players. In india generally in any game a person with more clout has better chance of remaining or being selected than one with performance. This is the main reason why India seldom wins any medals in world Olympics. Individual talents do get ahead here and there like the one gold and two bronze but on the whole it is wrotten politics which gets all the medals.

Militants and terrorists from Pakistan

Pakistani Army has been continuously firing at Indian forces in the line of control to facilitate Militants to cut the barbed wire and infiltrate into India. The government of India has been soft pedaling instead of giving our armed forces to open heavy artillery fire across the border to stop the Pakistanis from facilitating terrorist entry. After all the US is well aware of the Pakistani violations so also is the UN , but no one takes any action because a useless country like India which cannot protect itself against a puny Pakistan cannot be helped by any one.
Secondly why does a nation keep an army except to defend itself against invaders. If the political will is not there to defend the nation and no permission is granted to the Army to retaliate with full force how can we defend our selves? Would any Indian reply?

The communist unions have penetrated every national organization whether it be government offices or nationalized banks or government corporations. We have to remember human freedom is more important than socialism or communism.

India's Deal

The obstructions being put in the finalization of Nuclear deal has made one point clear at least, and that is our country has two great enemies. One is the communists in the country and the other is the various anti India lobbies which do not like India’s progress.
The successive governments by continuously disassociating themselves from the communists and passing stringent laws on destruction and disruption of public life can get rid of the wretched communists. About the external forces we should have better diplomats in countries which matter in international forums. In this we can count out china because it has global ruling ambitions which makes even the US to be afraid of it. By aligning with US at least we can expect protection from china in case of emergency. Let all non communists of India think seriously and realize the internal threat to our precious freedom and get rid of it early.

Nano

Tata wanted to make a real people car of Nano. Only he chose the wrong state for the factory.
He should have known that with Maruti around no one else will be allowed to make any thing cheaper. Actually Maruti is a camouflage for unaccounted wealth. So how can a project danger to Maruti can be allowed? The idea was simple prod the people and they will take over. Tata should have understood right in the beginning that west Bengal can never support any growth under the communists. Now he has got into a deep mess from which he can come out only with heavy loss. Maruti has succeeded in sabotaging the Nano.

Hinduism

There is no religion called Hinduism. In Sanatana dharma(ancient righteous path of life) there is no word like Hindu or Hinduism. The people who invaded the Vedic India from west coined the word to signify the people living in India . They called Bharata varsha as Hindostan and its people as the Hindus, and their faith as Hinduism. Now the Vedic concept of god is very broad. It sees the whole creation as the Brahman’s manifestation. Vedic deities are different forces through which Brahman manifests itself. Just as electricity is put to different uses by different applications the universal Brahman also manifests as every thing for different purposes. The people of India have inherited the great wisdom of sages and tolerance to the life surrounding them is one of the important concepts. Live and let live is the principle.
The other religions of the world view god in a very narrow sense and try to defend him.
Our so called great painter Hussain got away under the guise of artistic freedom even after painting Godess saraswati in nude. This is because Indians tolerate this non sense for his total ignorance and arrogance.
I challenge this scoundrel to paint the nude picture of Khadija begum and call it his artistic creation. Alternatively he can try mother Mary and jesus in nude as symbol of purity.
This gutless creature can never do it and get away as easily as he did with Saraswati. This alone proves that sanatana dharma is great. There are still enough Indians who want him back in their parties.

Communist

A communist is also an individual with same human weaknesses. He wants money ,power and all comforts of life. His ambition is to achieve that by any means is the wrong ideology which crashes with democratic principles. A communist believes in disruption and destruction are the means to achieve his personal aims. Indian communists enjoyed all freebees of parliament for 4 years without any work. They enjoyed it. In the last year they had to show some activity to get back to the people and forthcoming general election. So they had been Gunning for the Nuclear deal knowing very well that the government cannot give in on account of growing power crisis. As they expected the Government did not give in and it gave them the excuse to with draw support to the Government. Any way it would be another 8 months for the next general election so there is not much to loose. Now for the next 8 months they can organize ALL KINDS OF BUNDH to put the government in difficulty and increase anger of people against the government. People of Bengal and Kerala are supposed to be very intelligent. It is surprising that in spite of failure of communism elsewhere these two states continue to embrace communism believing it to be their redemption. I keep thinking how the people of these two states can be awakened to the true colour of communism. I have lived in Bengal long enough to know the terror net work of communists. It is very difficult or rather impossible to uproot this network from Bengal. God alone can redeem that state to its old glory.

Communists are the most damaging creatures in India. They can stop all good things to make their presence felt. The communists are at an advantage because there are a number of autocrats present in the country. Now that the communists have lost power they have called for an all India “Bandh”. There was no all India Bandh for the last 4 years because the communists were part of the coalition and could put obstruction to all constructive propositions. As I said earlier it is because of the autocratic rulers the communists could make a place for themselves. The politicians of India are rich with a kind of army of their own. The poor and Middleclass people are helpless against them. Their anger keeps building up. This is the situation which favors the communists to plan for disruption of normal life by Bandh etc. People join because it gives them a chance to vent their anger. They become reckless and damage public property which is a favorable thing for the politician and his contractors. What is the substantial achievement of the communists in the last 60 years? Virtually nothing .In communist countries there is no democracy but a democracy like India sustains the communists and allows their disruptive activities. Is it not funny?

Indian Cricket

India has totally failed in Sri Lanka. Ajanta Medis and Murali were enough to break the back coupled with other new finds.I appreciate the srilankan board for finding new talents and giving them chance. IPL is a circus which will not find any thing new.Players join IPL for picnic and not for game.Kapil dev should have been left alone to make his finds for the future Indian team but the coterie in BCCI is too powerful for any change or reorganization of the team. Confering Arjuna award on Dhoni has cost him highly.the senior oldies definitely did not like the idea.So from now on Dhoni will get very little cooperation from the senior players.I feel pity for Dhoni. He is being punished for something which is not of his own doing.It amay take seveal years before India wins another tournament. Ihave now stopped watching the matches as it is a waste of precious time with outcome a foregone conclusion.
Iam not a pesimist but where there is no team spirit and lot of politics there can be no achievements !(after the next one dayer I will write the obituary for Indian cricket)

WhatI have said in My blog elsewher that a seperatist movemeent is on in Kashmir is confirmed now. A media representative from Kashmir on TV inter view said "yourgovernment of India does not care for welfare of Kashmir muslims." Not . This is not new to me because Ihave heard from Kashmiri Hindus about muslims advising them to go to their India. The central government and the defence minister are happily sleeping over the issue of national importance. who will save the nation ?

Now a days especially during the srilankan series i have the worst gut feeling like the old days when Tendulkar and Dravid out means the team will collapse for sure.
Now it is Gambhir and Sehwag who give that feeling.Once these two are out it is straight slide down up to 10 the wicket. Name sake Tendu,Dravid and Gangu are there but they are as good as tailenders. Tail enders are at least good bowlers but these three are not fit now either for batting or for bowling.
Why are we playing them denying chances to much younger and better batsman?

It is well known un written history which will be buried with my generation hence Iam recording it in my blog. Gandhi, Nehru and Jinnah were responsible for the partition of India. Jinnah was instigated by the british to demand for a separate nation, Nehru had ambition to rule India and Gandhi was averse to blood shedding. So a blood less partition was agreed to but Muslim league decided it otherwise so millions of Hindus were butchered after partition. Neither Gandhi nor the other two had any powers to stop the carnage so they shed copious crocodile tears.
Muslims in India were given special privileges to get thei votes in favour of congress party and the favours still continue.The ISI of Pakistan has been inter acting with indian Muslims to form internal terror modules.The chief Module is SIMI.
The government banned this organiztion for its anti national activities and the ban continues till now. The congress wants to regain the lot power by any means even by revoking the ban against SIMI. So a one judge bench was constituted and he ordered the removal of the ban on SIMI.People with national interest at heart approached the supreme court and it cancelled the order of one man bench.
Now that congress wants the vote of muslims has approached the Supreme court to rmove the ban. Congress is bad but now it has come out openly as anti national.
The government is hopless is amply prove by recent observation of supreme court

Having breached the internal security of India Pakistan wants to challenge India by direct confrontation by violating the air space. Without the American approval pakistan dare not challenge India. US is not speaking indicating its silent approval of pakistany aggression.

Road Acidents

India may be topping the list in road accidents. None of our politicians want to discuss this topic because most of the heavy vehicles carrying goods are owned by them. I have my observations on the road accidnets. Though I can prove all my statements yet none will be interested as it will affcect the monetary interests of politically powerful entities. As far as police is concerned they have hardly any right to frame and enforce stricter rules.so we will leave them out to make whatevr they can as sideliners. Cuses of road accidents
1) Irresponsible driving
2)illiterate drivers
3) under age unlicensed drivers
4) Rash and drunken driving
5) Absence of policemattle wandering on main roads and highways.an or traffic lights at important crossings
6) Driving past or ignoring traffic lights
7)Over speeding
8) over loaded and out dated vehicles on the roads
9) uneven roads with poor maintenance.
10) parking in Highway no parking zones.
11) un authorised parking lots in city areas
12) cattle wandering on main city roads and gighways
13) heavy trucks and oversized vehicles in slow speed meandering on all the lanes of highways
14) smaller vehicles trying to push throughwith in adequate space.
15) vehicles with wornout or patched up tyres
I have a dream the at some point of time in future all these issues will be redressed

Invasion by Pakistan

15 pakistani sold soldirs iers crosse over the line of control and opened fire and killed one Indian soldier.
Pakistan has two faces.One is its army and the other is its politicians. It is well known to USA and it Ignores pakistan training militantans and pusing them into India.
Indian prime minister is weak and allows such incursions without telling the army to retaliate with full force.It is most foolish to express verbal protest when our soldier is getting killed.
My blood boils at the weak kneed response of people in power.Why should we be afraid USA?
Just as Tara said to vali unless sugreev has some backing he would not have dared to challenge you. So is Pakistan wagging its tail on the support of USA.
So I fully hold USA for the terrorist acts of Pakistan.

strange country

ours is a strange country.I do not think that there is any other country as strange as this in whole world. It has a constitution which promises many things in its preamble but nothing is adhered to. There is a parliament where even the prime minister can be an unelected person.
There are many defence ministers but none has ever served in any of the services.
There is judiciary which has the biggest back log of cases in human history. In fact this should have become guiness world record but no one has presented it Justice is scarce and people can be in Jail even for 50 years even without an FIR against them.
Police is there but to harass the honest citizen. It is not possible to lodge an FIR without poliical backing. Ministries are therere there to provide jobs for the citizens.
Diplomats are there without any diplomacy.
Communists are there who only pray for chinese invasion.(infact many of them are very rich citizens)
Election commissioner and elections are there but millions never get to vote.
Politicians are there without formal behaviour manners.
People are there pressed under tax burden but get nothing in return.
News papers are there divided between political parties.
As a final strw on the camel's back we can have a defacto prime minister also.
There are freedom fighters who were born after the independence. who's freedom they have fought for God alone knows !
