It is well known to all that Indian Judicial system has gone to dogs. This will be finally proved when Ajmal Kasab will be acquitted as innocent by stander. The trial is a never ending one. Where as one witness is enough to prove a murder hundreds of witnesses are not enough to prove anything in Kasab’s case. Is it not against the judiciary which is sleeping over the case under political pressure to acquit the criminal?

In any case with the present crop of bowlers India stands no chance of winning any world cup so let Sehwag be the captain of losing team. In India the government assumes the role of regulator of the life of people in the name of dispensing justice. Let us take the case of Marriage and divorce. A man and a woman are married. Due to various reasons one of them wants divorce of the marriage. It is not the job of the judiciary to find out why the divorce is sought. Its responsibility is only to see that the other party is adequately compensated for the by the one claiming divorce. It is not the job of court to find out why one party wants divorce because the petitioner gives the reason in his application which can be accepted on the prima facie basis so long it is not a character assassination. In cases where the divorce is sought due to any reason other than the character of the partner the divorce can be granted straight away imposing a conditional financial compensation depending on the income of the person claiming divorce till the other person is re-married. In India the Judiciary undertakes to see if the marriage is re-workable. This is absurd and not the job of the judiciary. It is imposition on the free will of the individual. It has even gone to the extreme limit where the honorable justices have observed that the couple will have to live with each other irrespective of the relations between them. On the top of this the Government boasts that the number of divorce cases in India are very few compared to western countries! There cannot be a greater fraudulent claim than this in the world. When an individual is put to enormous expenditure and mental strain and wastage of time by the judiciary automatically people will hesitate to go to the court. Under the constitution men and women are supposed to be equal yet when it comes to divorce women get greater advantage than men and they take the opportunity to harass the male to extreme limits for seeking divorce from a demon of a wife. Can anyone tell me why the government of India is so foolish as to decide what should be the role of the husband in marriage when the responsibility of making a marriage work rests equally on both parties? The day the government decides that it is not its duty to make marriages workable we will become a true democracy and thousands of cases pending in divorce courts would be liquidated. In a country where thousands rot in prisons without even a charge sheet filed against them how can we expect any justice to be done?

Who ate countries taxpayers money for 17 years will now be rewarded with the post of a governor of some important state where he can continue to feed on taxpayers money till his death takes him. The judges of divorce courts have unanimously decided that men will not be given any justice in divorce cases. Of course they do not know that one day they will have to stand before the universal judge and account for the injustice they have done to men. Of course most of the judges do not have any faith in god and his justice Though the constitution of India proclaims that men and women are equal yet in practice it is not so. The government of India has decided that women should be given preferential treatment as against men because they are the weaker sex .if it is so how are they equal to men?

Here there are only two kind of classes. The rulers and the ruled. The rules get all things free and the ruled are taxed for even their breakfast. There is no party in this country which is exception to this rule. Minister like S.M Krishna want that government should foot their 5 star hotel bills. On the other hand Finance minister has ordered that all perks of common man be taxed. The question left out is what about the perks of ministers and legislator’s? Should it not be taxed? All free telephone amount, free electric bills, Free travel amounts should be taxed and recovered from these people. But this country is not a democracy so people will be trampled upon by the ruling creatures and there is no justice in the land.

The motto of congress party has always been HOW TO KEEP MORE NUMBER OF PEOPLE UNEDUCATED”. To this end they have made all efforts to increase the cost of education and reduce the quality of it so that the higher educational qualification will be of no value. Now the government has taken up a campaign against IIT professors so that the best of them would leave and others would not join. All posts of IIT professors can be made reserved posts so that education can go to dogs finally.

There seems to be deep sabotage plot against Dhoni in which the selection committee is also fully involved right up to the neck. As usual the US has been very sympathetic and have promised to warn Pakistan not to indulge in terrorist activities. This will be followed by the usual drama of Zardari visiting USA and US president giving him some more aid to facilitate his terrorist activities against India. I am at least fed up of this US farce .If US really wants to do something let it send its military observers to Kashmir when ever India wants to show the incursions .US will never agree for this because how can you work against your own stooge?

Second Team

Whether any one accepts it or not there is a conspiracy between Sehwag, Gambhir and Zahir khan not to play under Dhoni. May be their injuries may continue for some more years .India has no dearth of Good and young players now. So why not BCCI make a second team with Sehwag as captain and Gambhir as vice captain and Zahir as additional vice captain. Poor Irfan has no place in the first team why not put him in the second. There will be other good IPL players who will fit into 2nd team. BCCI can give one series to first team and 2nd series to second team etc. The team winning maximum matches will go for world cup etc.

It is now very clear that the 26/11 attack on Mumbai happened with full co-operation of government of Pakistan. It is also clear that no action will be taken against those involved in planning the attack. The Pakistani president and prime minister are busy concocting stories of India’s involvement in terrorist attacks in Pakistan. As usual the USA is backing Pakistan which has turned its aid against making weapons against India and also strengthening its nuclear arsenal. Wonderful Mumbai

Mumbai is the wonder city of India .There is no doubt in it. There are so many things to see in Mumbai which you can never see in any other city of India and even in the other cities of world. The world’s largest slum is also located in Mumbai. The universal phenomenon of India i.e. corruption also tops in Mumbai. Now they are preparing to install a huge Shivaji statue in the Sea. Of course he deserves it. He was the last of Hindu Kings who taught bitter lesson to British who got into India by grace of Mughals. Talking of Mumbai it is the only city where roads are used as Parking lot. Every one visiting the city must also see the waman tukaram Patil marg which takes off the eastern expressway of Deonar circle. This road houses the Dukes soft drink factory in addition to many ancillary Industries and a gas filling station and auto repair shops etc. It also contains huge housing complexes on it in addition to a Picture hall, a school and a college. What is so unique about this street? 90% of it is used as parking lot for Dukes trucks, Bulldozers and other heavy machinery on one side. On the other side parking lot for all cars, mini trucks and autos making double and triple line for gas filling. There is even a xerox shop right in the middle of foot path in this section. The ubiquitous street vendors can be found vending their wares. There is hardly any walking space for the pedestrian because the foot paths are all blocked. This cannot happen without the full consent of the corporators of the area and police department. My idea of ooparki kamai must be around 40 crores per year. Vasundhara Raje is a real dynastic queen and is exhibiting the quality of a queen in command. Sonia Gandhi is a pseudo Dynastic queen. Why not make Raje the president of BJP and let the queens fight? It will be an interesting battle to watch and a unique case in History of the world.

Many TV channels are bad. They depend on scandal for their survival.If there is no scandal they try to create scandal by abusing some one or entering private life of people. One channel is there which is anti Dhoni for a long time. It makes it appoint to blame Dhoni for all his actions. Recently this channel got entry into Sehvag’s B’day party. It made several reels of Dhono congratulating Sehvag and wa propagating that Sehvag was not happy with Dhoni. Again this channel went to kotla ground where the players were exercising. It again pointed out that Dhoni is unable to run. Who has engaged this channel for malicious propaganda ? How much has been paid? Why not either the News papers or other channels investigate on this fraudulent channel?

Big brother

Slowly the congress government is turning into big brother. Soon there may be a legislation that all citizens other then the vip’s should report to nearest police station every week so that tab can be kept on their activities. Rahar dal is staple food item for majority of the Indians whether they are poor or rich but how many can afford to buy it at Rs !00 a kg? Probably the prime minister and madam do not eat Rahar dal so it does not matter to them as to what price it is sold.
The greatest achievement of India in 70 years is the food scarcity which the government has not been able to tackle. The grain merchants are the kings of black market. you cannot touch them because they run the election.
So what is the alternative. Eat vada pav says Raj Thakrey. It is already so for 70 % of Bombay wallas. How long will it take to become the universal law for the country. The alternate Pizza is already making its way into the society. Who cares for Baba Ramdev’s health prescriptions.?

The new American president is no way different from old ones as far as the aid to Pakistan is concerned. The US knows very well that all their aid is used by Pakistan to attack India. The US has given tacit approval to Pakistan’s attack policy so that Indian economy and progress will suffer. The Americans will never learn from Bible. The more evil you think for others more evil will come to you. China, North Korea and the al-Qaida will surely attack us with atomic weapons and deplete its strength . Pakistan itself will supply the Atomic weapons to Taliban and al-Qaida. Zardari is the last man on whom the US should place its trust.

Naxals have Started capturing India. The UPA government is not bothered about the loss of freedom. It is busy in filling individual coffers and gathering as much free booty as possible with in the next 5 years. If there is a government in the country there should be no Naxals .If Naxals are capturing state after state, it means there is no governance at all. With in the country a whole lot of armed forces are engaged in Lalgarh to drive out the Maoists. There are certain TV channels which are against the captaincy of Mahendra singh Dhoni.
These channels concoct some bad news against Dhoni every day and broadcast in their channels. Who is behind these channels and who is paying for this anti Dhoni Propaganda is not known.

It is an old subject but has been exposed by CNN IBN in case of Punjab judiciary. The fact is not only Punjab but inn all states most of the judges are corrupt and make plenty of money for fixing cases. No one can take any action against the judges because just like our MP’s the Judges are also above the law. The recent case o two supreme court judges laughing at a divorce litigant of 17 years is a solid example of how callous the judiciary has become. Any thing can be called as contempt of court and the person can be put behind the bars indefinitely. After sixty two years of independence the land has truly become lawless.

They say that Security has ben Beefed up in Mumbai! Today Sunday the 15th of February I visited the Maha Lakshmi temple. After darshan when I was getting down from the temple I saw on security booth with sand bags and a sentry sitting in the middle with his back to us. He was immersed in a News paper and his sten Gun was lying on the sand bag. Coming from behind I saw how easy it is for any terrorist to pick up the gune do some shooting and make his getaway before people can realize what is happening. So much for the alertness of our security personnel. There seems to be no check or surprise drill to see whether the security is alert at all!
If this is called beefing up of security then Mumbai is No better off after terror attack than what it was before

I am very much bothered because it shows the worst of law and order situation in the country.
Naxal’s are a wing of communists assisted by the communists of India, china and the ISI of Pakistan. That they are attacking the police and getting away with it shows serious lapses of centre and state in matters of internal security.
There is no national co-ordinated programe for hunting out the Naxals and exterminating them because they are the worst kind of animals roaming the Indian forests. Unless government talks a comprehensive step to exterminate Naxals the policeman are not safe.

Tendulkar

Tendulkar is a great batsman. He cannot be dropped from the team. So the selectors can do a simple arthmatic. Add about 4 runs for his innings to the rest of the 10 and see if the total is enough.
This can be done till Tendulkar is not able to run the length of the pitch.It can be kept on if ICC would allow a permanent runner for him when he becomes too old.
I feel Pity for Dhoni who is forced to include Tendulkar even if he does not score any runs.

Just as the other departments of Government of India Sate bank is also an organization which is huge and unmanageable. Its work rate is poorer than government offices and the plight of its customers is dismal. The employees are strongly unionized as such they have little to fear from the government. It puts up lavish advertisements and tries to convince people of its efficiency.

I have been struggling for the past one year to get things straightened but not been successful so far. Of course they too have a complaint and customer relation cell. Send an e-mail and you will get after a day or two the standard recorded reply “your complaint is being attended to”. You may get a reply after six months which will be as vague like any thing else. For this bank Customer is a shuttle cock. They toss him around from one Que to another and enjoy themselves in the game. I got one ATM card in December 2008 I have not got the I pin for it till the end of January 2009. I was told to come in February. I may be told to come in March so the game goes on without a solution.SBI credit card is a dangerous commodity. As usual there is no government of India or financial regulator to control this atrocity. Why has the finance ministry given this permission to a public sector bank? The judiciary having been corrupted desires only a small loop hole of law and sufficient cash to back up to quash a case or impose very minor penalty for a major offence. Major penalty is also imposed for minor offence if the case is backed by sufficient money by vested interests.
Since the parliament is not interested in reforms of Law there is no hope of redemption for India.
Because of this loop hole; Kasab who committed the murder of many people is likely to go scot free as his evidence with police is untenable in the courts of India.

Terrorism has become an integral Part of Pakistan. No government can uproot it because it is the terrorist who rule that country like Taliban ruling Afghanistan before US intervention. In case of Pakistan US will not intervene as it has its own vested interests with that country. Pakistan continues to dodge in giving reply to India. Even if it replies it will be denial of all facts of terrorism from Pakistan
International community can give only lip sympathy to India.
Whether the government of India wants or otherwise the country has to get ready to attack Pakistan by every means and to begin with suspend all relations till it is agreed that the wanted men will be handed over to India. This will never be done by Pakistan and again US will be called to Pacify India and change its stand. If India changes its stand it will mean further attack by terrorists from Pakistan and they can have their Laugh.
It is my plea to all Indians in India and abroad to unify their stand against Pakistan as known enemy and cut off all relations with that country.Never forget Mumbai Carnage and the sacrifices of Brave men and carnage of Innocent which is being claimed as a victory by PAKISTAN.

The significant importance about this incident is, India is a democratic Republic where freedom of speech is enshrined in the constitution. The country has not yet been taken over by the communists as yet.
Even before that an MP has been suspended from the party for the crime of Freedom of speech. Imagine how the BIG brother would function once the country comes under his Grip.
Front page Publicity and bold letters were called for to point out CPM arrogance even in Democratic India and people should have been warned not to vote for this party which has no respect for the constitution of India.

Why have not they interviewed the CPM High command in Kerala?

I am writing this for all Indian, writers, film producers, artistes like M.F Hussain etc
Write the life story of an Indian cobbler, Black smith, village cow boy or a street urchin of india.get it published by an English Publishing house. It will be surely selected for booker prize.
Similarly produce films on slums of Mumbai or Kolkata. Show the Lepers of West Bengal (communists have not been able to get rid of them) and make a film on their life with all prize shots of Sisters of charity
You will surely win Golden Globe or Oscar for it.
Alternatively convert all Khajuraho sex exhibits or Mf Hussins Nude paintings of Hindu gods into a modern art depiction and Make M.F Hussain as the greatest Nudist artist of our age, You will win international acclaim. Another Important aspect to be kept in mind is that you will have to assume a muslim of Christian Identity for getting these Awards. I think every Hindu Has Understood what is the Idea behind these awards.
Do not worry, India of Hundu’s have tolerated much more atrocities than this.

All my life I had association of Sardar’s as friends and I always admired their broad mind and broad heartedness. This was till I meant a corrupt scheduled caste Sardar as my superior officer. Till that time I was under the belief that no Sikh would prefer to be labeled as a scheduled caste person for the paltry advantages of a government job.
After Sonia Gandhi appointed her puppet as Prime minister, my respect for the Sikh community went a little more to the down side, thinking that for the benefit of a royal funeral a Sardar opted for the subservience of a foreign lady.
Iam still unable to understand as to which faction of sikh community appealed to the Government of India to Include Sikhs also in the Schedule of backward castes?
Can any one clarify How this is not against the teachings of Guru Nank dev?

Apartheid

When I say ICC practices Apartheid people tell me I am out of my mind. English can never give up their anti Indian attitude. At least after omission of Sachin Tendulkar people are bound to accept my point of view. The Nobel committee ignored Mahatma Gandi and apologized after half a century because it does not matter now.
If there is any cricket in India we should Judge for ourselves as to who are the Greats of Cricket and Publish our own counter list. I cannot forget the day when Mushtaq ali’s one handed hit won the test for India .He was great but where is his name?
The ICC if it has any shame may come out with an apology and include Tendulkar’s Name but Iam sure that white man’s arrogance would not permit it.

Greed Kills golden duck

India’s political parties have no suitable candidates for coming general elections. BJP is already out of race with its over 70 candidates. Congress has only psychophant’s . Yet congress will gather good number of seats because it is at least trying to make as many young MP’s’ as possible. The BJP has not yet realized that the future of India lies in the hands f Youth and not old men who rule the BJP.
Why has this happened. It is because of the extreme greed of old politicians and their desire to enjoy freebies till their death. Of course they talk of bringing in and handing over power to youth without meaning and without doing anything about it.
Another reason is our political system has become 100% corrupt. If the young men of india has any thing left in them they should fight and replace these old haggard’s
They are the people who should form parties and restrict membership to the age of 50.
One need not have fancy names. It is enough to call it Yuva shakti/ yuva Bharati etc
Can India do it. Hope it does.

Prime minister of India

Finally we have arrived .The prime minister of India does not require any specific political or diplomatic or military experience. Any person from any Khan family can become prime minister of India .So to say India is not yet free from Muslim rule. This should satisfy Pakistan and not send terrorist into India.
Even Kashmir need not have any dispute because the Khan family hails from there. (Hope you have noticed the resemblance to sheik family of Kashmir)
It is because of the camouflage done by Gandhi all problems have come .if he had let Khan remain as khan India could have avoided many unpleasant happenings. Even now I feel it is not too late. After all the sub serviette of Khan Family have acknowledged their superiority and the rest of India has been fooled for 60 years can be fooled for ever about the real identity. Pakistan has rejected all the proof supplied by India on the terror sponsored by it. It is logical .When do criminal admit t crimes they have committed?
Pakistan Feels it is very clever and India is helpless against its terror activities. So long as US is backing Pakistan It need not accept any charges against it.

Both US and china are under mistaken impression that aiding Pakistan with military equipments and financial assistance for sponsoring terrorism will keep India Under check.
I want to assure both of them that they need not waste much money on Pakistan.
India has got its own destructive forces known as CPM , CPI and Naxalite and rampant political corruption. These are enough to destroy India and prevent its progress in another 100 years. Since CPM and CPI are communists China need not sponsor a separate agency to do their work. As far as US is concerned it can never understand the Asian Nations. One is the language barrier and the other is cultural barrier. It can aid Pakistan for 1000 years without guarantee of Loyalty from that nation. In fact US should Understand that none f the Islamic nations will ever be loyal to it. The second reason I will give to US is Chinas spread of communism in eastern Asia cannot be stopped. I would request Both US and China to let India be alone with its self destructive forces of communism which have in filtered into every organization and slowly eating up the nations vitality.
India will never be a strong nation till the communist Virus infects its body. So let India Die like a cancer patient instead of being killed by the terrorist attacks.
