On the predawn of the Republic day an SDM has been burnt alive by petrol mafia. Some mi9nions have been arrested and presented for trial. No king pin got arrested. Half of the arrested will go on bail and only one may be sentenced to short term imprisonment. It is actually a day of shame for the UPA government which has allowed Law and order to collapse in face of Mafia, naxalites and Maoists. The MP’s are enjoying their fat salary and perks and people are being burnt alive.
The puppet of a prime minister has not even expressed any sentiments and no condolences to the bereaved family on the Republic day. Is it the kind of Republic for which the Martyr’s laid down their lives?
