The corrupt parliament has out voted the Lokpal bill. Says that lok pal should function under government so that people like Thomas can be the lok pal. The government will have full authority to control the Lokpal and make it a useless organization like the CBI. Now it is beyond doubt that the entire parliament consists of corrupt people who do not want any one to interfere with black money
