Kapil Sibal has been gifted with two ministries for his contribution to suppressing the scams and destruction of Lokpal Bill. So corruption has been vindicated and it is also proved that Manmohan singh is just a puppet and nothing more. Kapil sibal should have been given three or four more ministries so that he can milk them suitably for the dynasty.
