The ICC is scared of Dhoni

With the oncoming series of cricket matches against England The ICC is scared of Dhoni. So a comprehensive plan is being worked out as to how to avoid dhoni in this series. The first excuse hey found is slow over rate in the Caribbean. Dhoni is the Captain and not the bowler. The proper procedure should have been to find out who is the bowler who took maximum time for bowling. Secondly How long the Umpires obstructed a bowler from bowling etc. Ask ICC if they can produce the breakdown statistics? I am sure they cannot. So it is a planned Sabotage to keep Dhoni out.
