He refers to people of India as civil society. It is correct. He belongs to the elite criminal society which stashes funds in foreign banks and obstructs all efforts to trace the owners. How did he get the power? His entry into parliament is by front door or back door? If by front door then all the people who voted for him belong to criminal society. If by back door then It is a reserved illegal channel for people who are defeated in elections or otherwise earned a favor of the dynasty
